Indications of use for a long life: turn the board preferably every day, store horizontally to avoid bending, preferably use the entire cutting surface, precise adjustment of the die is essential, an engraving depth of max 0.3 mm is recommended and finally a regular grinding increases duration. BNL Type – Density: g/cm³ (DIN EN ISO 1183). Shore: 67 (DIN EN ISO 868). Note: The density and shore vary according to the type of cutting board required.
