ECHO PU 291/FAST WATER BASED ADHESIVE

ECHO PU 291 FAST is part of a new range of environment-friendly adhesives designed for use as a single component without the addition of any additional
polyisocyanic hardeners. The formula’s specific structure is such that it results in significant acceleration of its crystallization and self-reticulation properties by
simply heating to a temperature of around 70°C (minimum temperature for the adhesive film once fully dried). Around this temperature fast reticulation reactions
start up and result in significantly higher adhesive power just 5-10 minutes after bonding. Experimentally it has been found that most often this value is well above
50% of the value that can be obtained using a normal poly-urethane formula. ECHO PU 291 FAST is a low viscosity adhesive that is recommended for mainly spray
applications for primary bonding (sole – upper), for joining synthetic and/or natural materials and for industrial applications of various kinds.
It is particularly recommended for materials such as leather, hides, and rubber (natural, synthetic, and TR halogenated beforehand using HALOGEN MONO 460 or HALOGEN 11/33),
Thunit, PVC, PU, Polyester, ABS, Nylon (treated beforehand with PRIMER N 431), Micro, and EVA (treated beforehand with suitable preparations).
