ECHO PU 277 WATER BASED ADHESIVE
ECHO PU 277 is an ecological medium-low viscosity adhesive. It is a polyurethane water based dispersion to be used by roll, by brush or by spray gun to bond soles to uppers, synthetic or natural materials and for other bonding applications where is required strong adhesion. ECHO PU 277 can be employed as one component, but the best performances are obtained by using it in combination with polyisocianic activators such as ECO-AKTIV 19 (2-4%). ECHO PU 277 must be heat-activated (after complete water drying) and it is suitable to bond leather, thunit, rubber (natural, synthetic, TR, halogenated with HALOGEN MONO 460 or HALOGEN 11/33),PVC, PU, Polyester, ABS, nylon (treated with PRIMER N 431), SBS/EVA based (pre-trated with suitable primers like PRIMER S411, PRIMER E 180 or PRIMER UV-Fb).
WARNING! If ECHO PU 277 is kept at temperatures around 0°C it may coagulate irreversibly.
